Ol’ Blue USA’s Big Wheels Little,
Kids Program Makes Second Stop
With 450 middle school students in attendance,
the Big Wheels, Little Kids Program made its debut
for the Warren East Middle School in Bowling Green
Kentucky. Reporting on this event were WBKO, Channel
13 TV Network, and Mr. Clinton Lewis of the Daily
News.
Once again playing against the scene of Mother
Nature and the Spring weather, the demonstration
had to be viewed in two separate groups. Eagerly,
the students got involved with the program asking
questions that soon will affect them as drivers
on our roads today
Ol’ Blue, USA is grateful for the continuous support
of the following officers and country representatives
.. without their support, the program would not
be as successful as it is today.
Assisting with program at Warren East Middle School
were, Deputy Richard Kirby (right) and Deputy Maxie
Jones (left), with Warren County Sheriff's Department,
Lonnie White, Magistrate, Warren County Fiscal Court,
and Ms. Beverly Steele, Warren County Community
Services
Under the Ol’ Blue, USA program, “Big Wheels,
Little Kids” school visitation program takes ‘Ol’
Blue’ to schools to give students an up close and
personal view of the safety considerations around
large vehicles, car drivers, bicycles, and pedestrians.
