The 2002 Ol’ Blue, USA Safety Tour, made its first Big Wheels, Little Kids Program stop on the morning of March 12th to Richardsville Elementary School in Richardsville, Kentucky with a student population of 460. Also attending to assist RJ Taylor of Ol’ Blue, USA was Sheriff Jerry "Peanuts" Gaines and Major Roger Osborn, Warren County Sheriff's Department.

The weather, as Spring would have it, had a mind of it’s own, we had to break down the program to several continuous programs so all students could view the Big Wheels, Little Kids Program outdoors after an inside question and answer process.

Under the Ol’ Blue, USA program, “Big Wheels, Little Kids” school visitation program takes ‘Ol’ Blue’ to schools to give students an up close and personal view of the safety considerations around large vehicles, car drivers, bicycles, and pedestrians.
