Ol' Blue On The Move From California To Kentucky
March 2002, Van Nuys, CA: As the tour season begins for Ol’
Blue, USA the first stop will be the Midnight Trucking Radio Network
(www.midnighttrucking.com) on March 7th. Ol' Blue, USA and special
guest troopers from Texas DPS (license and weights division) will
be live on air (800-288-9227) to answer questions about law and
safety from midnight until 4:00 AM. Those unable to call in can
email their questions to askthelaw@olblueusa.org
The next stop on the Safety Tour will be at the Parkway Mini
Shell Truckstop in Bowling Green Kentucky March 10th. Parkway
Shell, Warren County Government, Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement,
hosts the event.
On March 12th, the Ol’ Blue, USA Big Wheels Little Kids program
will be in Bowling Green Kentucky as well at the Richardsville
Elementary School and Warren East Middle School. Warren County
Sheriff Deputies and Warren County Personnel will give support
to both school events.
Ol, Blue then heads on to Louisville Kentucky for the Mid America
Trucking show March 21-23. The annual Press Conference will be
held on Thursday March 22nd from 1:30 to 2:30 at the booth location
200 East Wing.
During the show, hourly inspection demonstrations will be held
and assisted by the Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement Agency. Continuing
to bring safety to the concerns of all drivers and the transportation
industry, the following agencies will be present in the Ol’ Blue
USA Safety Center to answer questions regarding law and safety.
