Officer Brown is not paying attention to this dangerous situation and attempts to pass me while the right-hand-turn is in progress. The fixed mirrors on a large vehicle follow the path of the cab and in situations like this provide little "rear view coverage" during the turn. Only the small round "spot" or "bull's-eye mirrors" allow RJ to see what is going on next to us, on our right side.
