These are my friends from the California Highway
Patrol. They are here to help me, and my driver RJ,
teach you how to be safe around large vehicles like
myself.
Officer Ken Wallace is wearing a brown uniform, so
I will call him "Officer Brown". Our other friend
is Officer Dan Francisco, who is wearing a blue uniform,
so I will call him "Officer Blue".
I need my friends here so they can help me see you.
Officer Brown and Officer Blue are trained to be safe
around large vehicles. They are going to show you
what NOT to do around large vehicles. Do
not try what they are doing! I am so big and you
are even smaller than officers Brown and Blue. If
I cannot see them when they are close to me I surely
cannot see you.
Officer Brown is not wearing a bicycle helmet in any
of the pictures. You should always wear a helmet
when you are riding a bike. |
